These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Selora Group LLC patient engagement application and SMS messaging program. By providing your phone number or using our application, you agree to these terms. This application is currently in a testing and development phase.

Program Description
Program Name: Selora Group Patient Engagement SMS Program
Operated by: Selora Group LLC — www.seloragroup.com
This program provides SMS-based notifications to support healthcare appointment management workflows. Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Rescheduling and cancellation notifications
- Scheduling availability and booking prompts
- Patient intake form reminders with secure links
Testing Phase Notice
This application is currently in a testing and development phase. Message volume is low and limited to testing scenarios.

Opt-In & Opt-Out
Opt-In: You provide your mobile phone number within our application during registration or appointment booking and explicitly consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of any service or care.
To stop receiving messages, reply: STOP
You will be removed immediately and receive one final confirmation. No further messages will be sent.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the patient portal or manage appointments through other channels.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Message frequency varies. During an active appointment cycle you may receive up to 5 messages (booking confirmation, reminders, follow-up). During periods with no scheduled appointments you will receive no messages.

Permitted Use
You agree to use our application and SMS program only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or appointment booking
- Use the application in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
- Use the service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications to others

Disclaimers
Our SMS program provides appointment scheduling information only and does not constitute medical advice. For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
We are not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery due to carrier outages, network issues, or factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Selora Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our application or SMS program, including damages resulting from undelivered messages or missed appointments.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will notify active program participants of material changes. Continued use of our application or program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
